We were so blessed to have a priest friend of ours, Father C. visit on Wednesday night, the Eve of the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception (of Mary). He brought with him great conversation, inspiration, reminders that our goal is Heaven and a gift!
Sweet people, there is a small robin-egg blue book resting on my kitchen table and it is changing my life. Praised be to Jesus! This book, the gift from Father C., is titled VOLUME SIX: Direction for Our Times As Given to Anne, a lay apostle - Heaven Speaks to Families.
Within the 103 pages of this book are messages from Heaven, as given in private revelation to Anne, a modern-day Irishwoman.
The vocations of motherhood and fatherhood are discussed from all angles. Encouragement is given to us who are seeking Heaven, especially encouragement to simplify!
I can see how Our Blessed Lord has been preparing my soul for this book. He has been shepherding us towards the path of simplicity and contentment so that our attention may be easily directed to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and His Sacred Heart.
